REQUEST FOR HELP
Requests for assistance is reviewed and applicants whose request is accepted will be contacted directly. All personal applicant information will remain private. Please note that we will contact you for bill information. There must be proof of an impending eviction or utility disconnection. BAC receives thousands of requests. Please understand that our ability to help is based on the availability of funds. Our goal is to help as many as we can but there is often more need than we can accomodate.
NO CASH PAYMENTS will be sent. We pay the utility company or rent company/landlord directly.
Although not currently required, we'd like our applicants to consider participating in a financial counseling session. Our sessions will help guide, equip and encourage you to make the BEST financial decisions for you and your family. Our goal is to help you get out of a cycle of struggle and into a cycle of success!
